Return & Refund Policy

At Visa Electrocomp, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item received is defective, wrong, or damaged during transit.

⚠️ Non-returnable items include:

  • Semiconductors and static-sensitive devices that have been opened or used

  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced components

  • Items with tampered or missing labels, seals, or original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@visaelectrocomp.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your Order ID, a brief reason for return, and attach photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Wait for our team to review and approve the return request.

  4. Once approved, carefully pack the item and send it back to the return address provided by us.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong part), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of the status of your return.

  • If approved, initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.


5. Replacement Policy

In case of a defective or incorrect item, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
